I am urgently trying to phone pc specialist on the number on website. It states lines are now closed, and opening hours are saturday until 1.00. In my calculations that means they should be open. Please can someone tell me how I can get hold of someone to speak to urgently today. Thanks

PCS are closed for business until Tuesday morning I think.
I believe an upgrade to the system is being done.

They posted at the start of the week indicating that they won't be operating today or Monday due to some building refurbishment.

As I said in post 2,on Saturday 22nd June & Monday 24th June 2013 phone lines will be closed for system upgrades.

I will have to phone them Tuesday. Its regarding a damaged item they have authorised me to return back to them. Have an RMA number but want them to organise collection of it.
