In pre-producion for 10 working days now

As it says in the title my order (393618) has been in pre-production for working days now, I am certainly not angry about this or anything but was just curious about the reason for it taking this long.

(Also apologies if this is in the wrong section of the forum)

I wouldn't worry about it yet, pre-production is the longest wait, once it gets to building it normally goes very quickly from there.

Also have you checked your order page, possibly there's a wait for stock.

would only apply if the machines were identical, each machine is different.
