newbie here just been in touch with sky as my desktop wont connect to the web my os is xp im using a digitazz wireless dongle now sky are saying its because im using xp that i cant connect is this true please

newbie here just been in touch with sky as my desktop wont connect to the web my os is xp im using a digitazz wireless dongle now sky are saying its because im using xp that i cant connect is this true please

I'm using XP on one of my computers and have no problem connecting with Sky broadband.
I think it's more likely to be the wireless dongle is incompatible with XP or it just isn't good enough,some wireless USB adaptors are a hit or a miss.
