my laptop is only 2 days old and it turned off and wont turn back on and now a white led is flashing next to the power button

If you unplug it, then hold down the power button for around 1 minute.
Then plug it back in and try booting it again?

when i removed the charger the light stopped flashing, i held power button for 1 minute, plugged back in and now it turns on, the keyboard lights up but no fans or screen and after about 2 minutes it turns off and restarts but same thing no fans or screen

Oooo, that doesn't sound good. I'm afraid it will need an RMA, it's possibly a failed GPU at a guess.
You can create an RMA through your online account, just go to "My Returns / Request an RMA", PCS will arrange delivery and pick it up for you and get it fixed.

thank you so much for your help, i created one and its being collected Monday, if it turns out to be a GPU problem, what sort of time frame am i looking at? basically 2 years ago i bought a hp omen 17 and just before Christmas the motherboard failed 3 weeks out of warranty so i had to either pay £1000+ to fix it or save up a bit longer for a new laptop but this time don`t cheap out on aftercare, i never imagined in my wildest dreams it would be 2 days before i had a problem requiring an RMA!!?? and even before the omen i had an acer predator v nitro black which died not long after warranty, i have like 6 broken laptops in my room all with various sad stories i just am having an incredibly bad luck streak....if it wern`t for the fact i need to be mobile i would just get a desktop but hey i need my laptop im a music producer and gamer so its my job and my downtime its in use 20 hours a day every day, i didnt even get to peel off the plastic this time haha

Normally failures will happen within the first 6 months due to defects (so long as the laptop is properly maintained and not overheating).
I would always take the best warranty on a laptop, desktops not so important as you have manufacturers warranty on things, but on laptops, GPU, CPU and often RAM are all part of the chassis.
If it is a failed GPU, they'll just have to test it for say a day to confirm the failure and swap out the chassis. The fix itself is quick and easy but there will be a wait of a couple of weeks until it's looked at because there's a queue. As yours is brand new, it may be put through as a priority, but that's a complete guess, I don't work for PCS so can't speak for them
