Is this a good PC for games?

Hi all i was thinking of ordering a PC from this website however i'm not really that knowledgable when it comes to pc specs. all i really want is a good desktop pc that can run games like Civ 5 and Total War and can browse the internet with. Please if anyone who knows about these things could take a look at these specs and say if they are too much/too little for what i will be doing. Cheers.
