Is this good enough for high-end gaming, streaming/recording PC and Console games?

Hello, needed advice for the build I have come up with for recording/streaming games and would this be silent as possible? Because I want to focus on my YouTube channel also would this be able to handle multi-tasking such as rendering videos?

I will appreciate your help!

One of the helpful hints in this post it's how to pay a spec

Thank you, Martin. I don’t have a monitor at the moment will be happy to purchase if the build I configured is the right one for me, I don’t mind budget as long as I find my dream PC. I am looking to stream/record for Console and PC, also will most likely render videos and do high end gaming

We'd need a fixed budget please, whatever that is for you. One for PC and one for monitor. I can't tell you the amount of times people say they have no budget and when a 10k pc and 2k monitor are proposed they suddenly balk.

Let's have fun! I love these one, basically we should be able to fit in a 4090 which is the best gaming gpu on the market.

It will have similarities to your brothers, just so you know, anyone designing a system will have their own visual biases (case perspective for example), so if you prefer another format in that regard do suggest your changes

This is where I'd land, you will need to manage the processor for best gaming performance otherwise the windows scheduler gets confused and you'll find performance will tank in some games. In 4k you won't get any noticeable improvement over the 7800X3D on the CPU though, so best suggestion would be to have a dual boot windows (can use the same license key) and then have one setup for games with the second CCD disabled, and the other with the CPU running full.

Same advice goes for fans BTW

On the monitor, I'd still suggest the PG49WCD if you're interested in Superwide like your brothers suggestion. It's a new offering from Asus which would tend to have a higher quality panel

PG32UCDM is a 4k 240Hz alternative which is a normal 16:9 perspective if you're more into that.

These are brand new panels. I've not shopped at Lamda Tek personally, but reviews are positive

The PG32UCDM is currently not released, but should be early in January from reports, it's possible that's the same for the Superwide, I may be mistaken.

Reason I'm prompting for these is that they're the first OLED Gen2 panels which should deal much better with the "burn in" issue that some found on Gen 1 models.

I would also caveat, that I wouldn't recommend these models for rendering or that kind of stuff, you really need a dedicated panel for that with better colour accuracy if that's important to you, these panels should be far better with text which is another issue original OLEDs had but can't really comment on that

Forgot to add, at the consumer electronics show (CES) in January, they announce all the new panels. A LOT of these are going to be OLED Gen 2 panels, OLED is quickly becoming more the norm which IPS then being more mainstream.

I would suggest it may be worth holding out, a monitor should be quite a long term investment, especially at 4k where we're unlikely to reach higher for a little while to come (although who knows), but it may be worth holding out for a little to see what's on offer at the show. We don't know much about OLED V2 as yet, but from the leaks so far, it does appear to be worthwhile.

At this tier though, I undoubtedly think you should be looking at OLED rather than Quantum / Nano LED or some similar technology
