power it up,, keyboard lights up hdd light flashes a couple times nothin for a few seconds then it tries to reboot and does same again,, screen is also dead,, awesome spend almost 3k wait forever to get it and now this i mean CMON!!!
Normally I would say try a clean install of the operating system,instructions are given in the welcome booklet but if nothing shows on the screen at all,try reseating the ram if no joy best give tech support a call tomorrow morning.
