It isn't bad at all. I would suggest a couple of things. What is your budget though, that would give me a better idea of what I am working with!

My budget was around the £1,300 mark, the pc came to £1,109 and keyboard as mouse came to £140 so overall price was £1,249

Rendering is CPU intensive so I assume that is the reason for the K version however I'd recommend the ivy bridge processor (i7-3770k) as well as have it pre-overclocked by PCS to avoid unstable issues when overclocking and a better cooler (titan or coolit). However if you are not planning in overclocking then get a non-k version and keep the triple copper heatpipe as you cpu cooler. The mouse/keyboard combo is a quite high end gear for occasional gaming unless I misunderstood your thread. I always experienced issues with my wireless card and a more reliable alternative would be a pair of homeplugs.

Yeah reason for the K version is for renderingand for overclocking i never saw an option on the site to do this :/ might just be me not seeing it for looking at it situation lol and for the keyboard and mouse iv never played PC games that much but i thought if im going to be spending all this money might as well get the best and i might even get into a bit of gaming as im an xbox man right now got some LANs coming up

This is the link for pre-overclock spec:

You definitely need a better cpu cooler then, I recommend the coolit fat boy :)

If you are on a budget I'd try to get a cheaper keyboard/mouse not to compromise other components.

If you are not planning on overclocking the Triple Copper Heatpipe cooler would be perfectly fine.

You plug one next to the pc and one next to the router, each homeplug is then connected to the PC and router via an ethernet cable, diagram below :)

And how does the homeplug work ? im a noob at these things

It basically uses the wiring in your house as network cables.
So you plug a homeplug into a plugsocket close to your router and connect your router to it, and then plug another one into a plug socket by your PC and connect it to your PC and you're sorted :)

Thanks for the help man just updated my order to it +rep :)

If you are still keen in overclocking the i7-2700k I am sure an email/call to PCS would change your order to an OC cpu but you may need to upgrade the cpu cooler, other than that, enjoy your rig :)

This spec is a little more but still can fit into your budget. Firstly, I haven't included a mouse and keyboard. I strongly suggest you save on these, possibly get the £40 wireless combo? Anyway, that is your choice. This spec will be very powerful and has full potential for overclocking. If possible though, I would spend an extra £20 upgrading the mobo one notch but this is your choice. Anyway, I can easily explain why I chose the parts, best of luck, here is the spec:
