What is your intended use? There are a couple of unbalanced components there that will make more sense if we know what you plan to use it for :)

For starts, I notice that you have gone for 2400mhz ram but you shouldn't really see a difference between 2400mhz and 160mhz unless you plan to overclock. I can only assume by your CPU Cooler than you don't intend to overclock so you could save some money by bring the ram down to 1600mhz. Also if it's purely for gaming then 8gb will be more than enough.

I would personally go for the GTX670 (as you can see from my signature) as it's £80-£100 cheaper than the 680 and offers almost identical performance (2-3fps difference on most games). If your rig is purely for gaming then there isn't any need for an i7 as games don't make use of hyperthreading. An i5-3570 will perform the same and is around £100 cheaper I believe.

If you are planning on doing video editing and 3D modelling, etc then an i7 and 16gb ram is preferable but for gaming you could reduce some of your components and save quite a bit of money.
