Kernel Processor Power warning messages - Optimus IV

Hi Got an Optimus IV laptop the other week and now I have these error messages showing in the event viewer.

I'm not too concerned at the moment but this suggests CPU throttling or related to power?

Warning 13/12/2012 09:15:46 Kernel-Processor-Power 37 (7)

The speed of processor 0 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 12 seconds since the last report.

The message is happening on all cores and every time the laptop has booted into windows.

Any suggestions would be gratefully apprecaiated

Thx

If I remember correctly that error from event viewer is related to Turbo B oost / Speed Step not being enabled in your BIOS

I have those messages in my event viewer.
I guess the cpu wants to use turbo but the bios is stopping it, hence the error.

There are ways around this but it is really not recommended, is probably warranty voiding and is probably not required.
