Maelstrom T900 side fan problem

Hey just got my PC specialist order yesterday and it's amazing but It has one slight problem. The side fan on the case isn't working. Everything seems to be plugged in correctly and the LED lights work but it just doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

Are you certain the fan is plugged into the motherboard? Does it spin when the side of the case is off at all?

Yea it all looks plugged in correctly and it's turned on In the bios also

On the t900 the side fan don't get plug into the mobo as it is a molex, I just had mine replaced but have decided that in gonna use 2 vipers instead of the 220mm fan ! Give pcs a call n they replace it with no hassle I just sent a message n it was here the next day !!!
