This next event is set to be our biggest and best event to date. We have finally managed to move into weekend events!

We have a bar and seperate gaming hall and sleeping areas. If anyone requires any further information, please give me or Gorman a shout at any time.

We have a Bad company 2 server up and running.

The ticket is £40 all in, if you want to cater for yourself, the price is still £40.

Saturday = english breakfast, lunch buffet, pizza in the evening

Sunday = english breakfast, lunch buffet

There will be a student bar available Friday evening and from Saturday afternoon till very late on the Saturday for people wanting to drink.

There is a student shop on site. The shop is in the next door building and is open till 10 in the evening.

We are offering a 20% discount to teams of 5 or more but payment must be made early to take advantage of this offer.

Hi,
Erm, Im looking to bring my tower to this LAN and be able to play cod4 wichu, allthough i won't be able to bring my team because they live allother the place.
So would i be able to come, & does age matter?
I'll be 15 by the time i'd be there so its up to you.

All ages are welcome, PLan events have people from early teens to late forties attending regularly.

oh yes although the official cod tourny was scrapped there are a fair few junkies still attending.

The games list is above, would be good to have a bash at a few of them. especially sup com 2.

I have been informed that there will be two COD4 servers running at the event which will be up pretty much throughout the whole weekend.

This is a temporary thing as our website www.partylegends.co.uk is being rebuilt and will include payment modules, booking forms, seating plans and loads of other fancy type stuff!!

We have a large floorspace dedicated to the stand that PC Specialist are bringing along. It sounds fantastic what they are planning on bringing.

Been ages since I did something like this. Doubt I'll attend this year my calendar is already full to the brim.
How's the security (system check in/out? cameras?) at the venue and is there room for multiple displays (even if you had to buy multiple tickets for the extra space)?
Does anyone over 25 get stoned to death at the entrance? :p

The hall itself is secured by staff, you need your pass to get in. If multiple monitors are needed it is something that could be arranged.

I hope they dont kill anyone over 25, 3/4 of the attendees would be piled up dead outside.

Catered places for this event expire on 30th May 2011. If you are wanting a fully catered place, then please contact [email protected] for payment details.

Any places booked after this date will still be the same price but will not include catering. Turn up and play prices will be £45.00 but, again, will not include catering.

Looking forward to seeing you all there.

This coming weekend is the last weekend for being able to book catered places for the above event.

A selection of the games being played throughout the weekend are:- UT3, BFBC2, Team Fortress 2, Dirt 2, Supreme Commander 2 (Gorman's own particular favourite, and reigning champion), COD4, CSS, Left 4 Dead 2 (versus mode), Crysis, UT2k4, Postal 2 Share The Pain (including free client) and the possibility of a Neverwinter Nights 2, Trackmania Forever and Serious Sam 2.

If you're booking a place and want to see a particular game there, give me a quick shout because we're still finalising the list so, software dependent, we might be able to sort something out.

Over the weekend non-keyboard/console competitions and activities will take place, these will incur a small fee, as all proceeds from these will be donated to the “The West Yorkshire Forget Me Not Trust” local children’s hospice.

Food will be served are regular intervals during the day for those eligible for the fully catered event. The venue operates a licensed bar which will be open until late.
