Memory Upgrade

Hi i have just upgraded my Cypher P70 memory from 16GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3600MHz (2 x 8GB) that was in the pc to Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3600MHz (2 x 16GB), as there is 4 memory slots on the mother board My question is could i add the old 16gb memory with the new to make 48gb or would there be issues ? the mother board is ASUS® PRIME B760-PLUS D4.
