Mini PC Specification Advice

Hi there. Wanting to buy this for my wife for Christmas. She will only want to do the basics, so internet, office stuff. No gaming. I will be buying a decent monitor too. I've chosen the spec below. Any advice, particularly regarding future-proofing, would be gratefully received. Don't want to go much over £500. Thanks!
