i ordered a laptop last thursday, its in pre-production now, i added a sound card, but its come up as a seperate order, will it arrive pre-installed into the laptop, or will i have to do it?
It should be installed, it's probably just down as a sub-order, but has to be invoiced seperately cos it was ordered/paid seperately from the original order
