EDIT- About not seeing my post, the weird thing was I COULD see it at first, and it didn't say it was pending moderation, so I figured it wasn't that.
It got moderated originally, it was then approved, then you edited it, which put it back in the mod queue.

anyway, have you tried calling PCS to get the matter sorted?
Actually I haven't, as calling from another country (I'm home for the holidays) would probably cost me an arm and a leg, and considering the messaging system is an official channel, you'd think it would work just as well.

I'm afraid I've also had a pretty bad experience so far - 2 RMAs, well over a month without my laptop now, slow communication (I sent a complaint on 27th December and it still hasn't been answered), inaccurate communication (was told my laptop would be dispatched on Tuesday and still hasn't been dispatched now that it's Thursday. If they dispatch it tomorrow, I likely won't receive it until Monday so I requested a Saturday delivery. I hope they accept.) Hopefully when it arrives I'll change my mind and say PCS has been amazing, but my God I've had to fight tooth and nail just to get what I paid for in October.
