Quite reasonable actually, although the 2gb gtx 460 may not rly be of much use, the extra ram will only really be used at insanely high resolutions (2000x1000 or more)

ok thanks for your reply i'll just wait for someone to conferm the fans for me, btw i modified my order so the graphics card is now 1gb and i upgraded the cooling to the £39 one so i don't occur any extra cost for my dad's credit card. i just wondered do they said me an email to say thats fine or to say that they have recived the infomation. thanks for your time

Thanks for your reply, i see it on the sub-order, if anyone who has ordered or know about the COOLERMASTER CM690 MKII ADVANCED CASE,know how many fans it comes with and also a website where i can buy additional fans as i have looked on the coolermaster's website and they have no direct link to any sellers. thanks for your time.

Front: 140 x 25 mm Blue LED fan x 1 / 1200 RPM / 19 dBA

Rear: 120 mm fan x 1 / 1200 RPM / 17 dBA

Top: 140 x 25 mm fan x 1 / 1200 RPM / 19 dBA (supports 120 / 140 mm fan x 2)


and can support more :
Bottom: 120 mm fan x 2 (optional)

Left side: 120 / 140 mm fan x 2 (optional)

Right side: 80 x 15 mm x 1 (optional)

HDD cage: 120 mm fan x 1 (optional)

VGA holder: 80 x 15 mm fan x 1 (optional)


your best bet would be to view overclock.net and check their fans but i bought 2 120mm here : http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-004-SY&utm_source=froogle

they are 2 of the best and very quiet.

Morning guys,

I can confirm that this is correct;


Front: 140 x 25 mm Blue LED fan x 1 / 1200 RPM / 19 dBA

Rear: 120 mm fan x 1 / 1200 RPM / 17 dBA

Top: 140 x 25 mm fan x 1 / 1200 RPM / 19 dBA (supports 120 / 140 mm fan x 2)

There is space for the optional fans should you want to fit them in the future, but for the current specification the default case cooling will be more than adequate :)

damn i do hate waiting for things i want to get my hands onto......i know what my xmas pressy is and i want it now lol, getting the logitech G19 :D. still at pre-production hopefully it will comence building next week *fingers crossed* lol ;D

sigh my computer is still in pre production, i contacted live support and they said it will start building shortly and this was at 3pm yesterday and then he also said that the manager garanteed the computer by either friday or monday which i cannot see happening because on my tracking it still says pre-production.

i just cannot wait for my new rig to arrive, it seems its taking forever =-p

Trust me, I had to wait a while but the waiting was all worth it in the end. Being in pre-production for ever how long does not take away the time and complexity of building units based on a priority list. I am sure yours is moving up the list quickly and when you start getting emails based on build and testing then that's the time to get excited.

ok but when i did contact live support the sales advisor stated that about the garantee delivey date, but oh well patients is a virtue i guess =p
