Hi Sammykaz,

Are you looking for advice on this at all? If you are it would be good to understand what your main uses are and what your budget is.

Case fans:
There's no need for the extra case fans, as the case comes with 3 on the front and
Corsair H115i RGB PLATINUM Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler comes with 2 they will attach to the roof
The only place left to put one would be the rear, and I'd recommend getting your own corsair LL120 fan (which match the front ones) to go on the rear, as there's only space for one more. (that's what I did with the same build)

RAM:
Also there's absolutely no need for any more than 16GB of RAM for gaming, the extra 16GB will literally never be used (and in the off chance that's required in say 3 years, it would be far cheaper to buy 16gb then, than it will now while it's gathering dust)

Thermal paste:
Not needed as the Corsair H115i RGB PLATINUM Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler comes with it's own paste which is actually pretty good.

Sound Card:
Probably not needed unless you're actually using audio software, the motherboard has a perfectly fine sound-card built in

Can save yourself some money by editing these out and maybe investing in a decent 4K monitor with high refresh rate, as this build would be wasted for anything less! ;)

Yeah i know i know but at least no need to do any upgrades in future
That's not really how it works, generational releases will include new feature sets that previous generations don't have.

Especially in future updates, there are so many just announced features to be released with upcoming 7nm cards. It's not a good idea to overspec vs upgrading in 3 years, the cost doesn't work to your benefit, neither does the hardware limitations you'll invariably have.

Personally I'd say 'wasted' is perhaps an overstatement but you could have been more economical with your choices and still had the same end result ultimately.

Buy cheaper now and put the money away that you're not spending for your upgrade in 2-3 years? If you've not been sent your PC you can perhaps still make changes to your spec.

So im a bit confused.I know i could go for a bit cheaper graphic card and cheaper processor and get a same effect but i paid more so then at least i dont need to worry for couple years.I took platinum warranty out for 3 years which includes return so i believe if i dont like it pc i can return it in 3 years or im wrong?

In terms of the warranty, unfortunately you are wrong.

The Platinum warranty covers failures for 3 years. It does NOT cover you if you decide you don't like the PC.

Edit: To expand on the above slightly;

The warranty is discussed in detail here: https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/warranty/

Essentially, the platinum warranty extends the free return to base and hardware cover period to 3 years. So if you request an RMA within 3 years then PCS will cover the costs of shipping it back and replacment parts for anything which has failed within that time.
