This AMD build would be better for gaming,as it includes a far better graphics card, which at the end of the day is the most important component as far as gaming goes.I know a lot of people advise against an AMD processor, but that's what I have and can assure you I have no problems with it at all.The build also includes a better case, motherboard (Sata 6Gb/s capable) and I have added silver warranty.4GB of ram is fine for gaming at the moment and is very easy to upgrade in future if necessary.

I was wondering if it could run off of 450 power, when building it said it only need 450 but other people said it wouldn't work without 600.

It will run off 450 but it might/almost certainly start to stutter and short out which could ruin your other components so get a 600w to be safe:)

The configurator would warn you if the PSU isn't powerful enough for the components selected.
PCS are the experts after all and they're not going to put a PSU in your build that isn't adequate.
The spec I posted for example "could require up to 437W of power including a 20% allowance"
that means the system could use up to 364W.
Having said that no harm in upgrading the PSU to make the computer a bit more future proof,as in adding or upgrading a few components.
