Need Help. No Idea.

Hey guys, firstly i apologise if ive posted in the wrong place.
Im looking to get a PC with a budget of around £800-900. I will also need a monitor keyboard and mouse.
I want to be able to play games such as Fall Out, Witcher & Gta. I know with my budget i probably wont be able to get crazy settings playing those games but for my first gaming pc im not all that bothered. Just looking to be able to play some games and run them smoothly if you know what i mean.

Hi if you can go slightly over budget you could try the spec below, if you need to drop the price you can either drop the HDD Black down from a 1TB to a 500GB and/or drop the Ram down from 8GB to 4GB.
