Hello People that actually knows what they're talking about.

Im looking for a decent computer and i hope someone can take a minute to guide me in the right direction.

my budget is £700-£900 +VAT
(it can increase a little if it has to, because i need a Monitor and keyboard)

I don't have the need to max out HUGE games like wow or LOL, but i would like to play other games with ease.
I would also like to watch movies with high quality and do a some videoediting and stuff like that without any problems.
i'm a huge multitasker so i often end up browsing the webs while having for instance, minecraft running in the background while i render a video or something like that.

i would also love any suggestions on a good monitor and keyboard

Oh. and just one more thing. i'm from Norway.
The powersockets are different over there, right?

Thanks in advance for any assistance, you guys are truly heroes

edit: sorry for the picture being rather large!

Keynes's build is pretty great, add a monitor and keyboard into that and you're not going to be much above budget, if at all.

Keyboard: If you're not going to be doing high-end gaming then a gaming keyboard is really not necessary, I would just recommend a reliable, basic keyboard with media keys (these are a must, I couldn't live with without them until I got another device with media keys). The Logitech MK270 would probably be what I would recommend if you don't mind it being wireless. I'm using the wired version and it's pretty solid. Admittedly, it is showing its two years of use (below) with considerable amount of permanent dirt as well as a few buttons being much tougher to push down, but this is with 8+ hours of use a day. For £20 it's pretty reasonable.

If you want a gaming keyboard then all of the brands are pretty viable really. CM Storm has high performance in mind, with them only doing mechanical keyboards with no extra functions; Razer has nice looks and good build quality; Mad Catz is a bit of an all rounder; Roccat tends to be a bit cheaper; and Logitech is the third wheel, though it does produce good gaming keyboards.

Monitor: again this is up to you, you need to decide what you want. Price is probably the most important factor here, once you've settled on the size. There's quite a few monitors you can buy on PCS, personally I would not go with the AOC's despite them being significantly cheaper, they're rather cheap and cheerful in my opinion. I'd go for an Asus monitor of the size you want, if you have the money; otherwise grab the Benq 21" probably.

Also, you mentioned WoW and LoL being "HUGE" - they are actually two of the least graphically demanding games out there. :p

You forgot Ducky keyboards!
I wouldn't get a mechanical keyboard with that sort of budget. The Microsoft Sidewinder X4 is a really good entry level gaming keyboard. edit: wow. £800 on Amazon, maybe not such a good suggestion...

With regards to monitors the people who have them on these forums only have good things to say about Iiyama.

Keynes suggestion is good for the money.

Can you even get Ducky keyboards in the UK?

And I was just speaking about the keyboards for sale here on PCS anyway :) wouldn't have mentioned Roccat otherwise.

You're right that most people here seem to have Iiyamas; I still like Asus as a monitor manufacturer more :p

The Razer keyboards do look smart, but they use the Cherry MX Blue switches, which I'm really not a fan of. Like you said, different people have different preferences.
The ideal thing to do if the OP does decide to get a mechanical keyboard is to try and find somewhere that has keyboards with the different types of switches on display so that they can try them and see what they think of them.

Ahh.

Yes, I bought mine from one of PC Specialists competitors (obviously would have bought from here if PCS stocked it)
