New pc but the Fans are loud

Hey bought a new pc recently and all is fine however during gaming or just browsing the fans will randomly get loud but then go quiet. The pc that I bought I believe was good enough that even when playing games I could handle them without being loud and was wondering if anyone has any knowledge on why this might happen?

The cooler and PSU are very low spec and will be ramping high under load which I'm guessing will be the cause of loud fans. But you have to isolate which fans are noisy, you may be able to run a custom curve to optimise them.

I’m very new with pcs so don’t know what you mean by custom curve
You have to identify which fans are making the noise and when, fans react to temps, they're set at a curve level based on temperature, but depending on which fans are making the noise, you may be able to lower the curve to reduce sound.

But if it's the CPU or PSU, there's not much you can do about it, they're very budget and will be noisy due to their design. Low noise is a premium.

You've also selected the older version of that processor that uses significantly more power, so that CPU cooler is going to be flat out under any kind of load.

ok thank you, appreciate it. Just wanted to make sure that it wasn’t anything to do with the fans being broke or anything, at least I know that it’s due to them being budget
