New PC set up

Hello

I’m a complete computer novice, however purchased a gaming pc for my son for Christmas.

There are components in the box that I don’t know what are for photo attached. Do I need to do anything in particular with the computer before turning on or is it just a case of plugging in, connecting monitor and away we go?

There will be various cables included which are those that come with the motherboard which you may need for various upgrades in the future.
If the PC has a wifi card you will need to screw in the two antennae into it, in the back of the PC.

As far as I recall, the only thing you are likely to need in the welcome box are the WiFi antennas. They need to be screwed on to the back of the PC.
