New system from some existing bits

Hiya, I am wanting to get a new PC as per below, however I already have a new SSD that I want to incorporate and I have a Windows 7 disk from my current PC which is being cannabalised for this project. So the license is going on to the new machine.

My question is if I send you the SSD and the Windows 7 disk and key, can you use these in the new system? If so please let me know the likely system cost.

Many thanks,

J

yes, what you want to do should be fine, although i recommend wiping it from the other drive before hand as to not cause license problems when connecting to the internet

what do you mean cost?

PCS will install the drive for free if thats what you mean although you have to send it to them first and phoen them up to tell them you will be sending it so they can add a note to your order

Like Wozza said that should be ok (best confirm with PCS)
as long as you have a Retail version of Windows & not an OEM.
