No signal to monitors on computer startup, plugging monitors into other GPU fixes it?

Hi,
I've got SLI GTX670s with 2 monitors.

Usually the only way I can get signal on the monitors is having them plugged into the GPU at the bottom. However, this morning I booted up and everything posted as usual, I tried plugging the cables into the GPU on top and it's working fine.

Does anybody have any idea why this has happened? It's not a massive issue, but it's a bit of a pain having to pull the desktop out from under the desk. Thanks

Have you checked you are still running in SLI mode?

If it's happened all of a sudden then it could be a failure of some sort, though other than that I cant think of anything.

Definitely still in SLI mode, that was the first thing I checked as I updated new drivers yesterday and sometimes forget to enable it again.
Still getting decent performance as well. No idea why that's changed all of a sudden though, odd.

Does your bios specify the gfx output? I'm not familiar with sli but I know in the old days you could specify which card controlled output.
