Q. Will I void my warranty if I open the case and install my own components?

Unlike with most computer manufacturers, we allow you to open your case and install your own components. Providing you install these correctly, and you do not damage your computer during or as a result of installing your own components, your warranty will still be valid. We do not provide any method of support for these components, both during installation or in use, and any warranty returns that are caused by your own components will be chargeable for both labour and return costs. If you have to return your computer to us for any reason we strongly recommend the prior removal of these components, as we cannot be held responsible for them.

Normally you can click "My Orders" and then "Amend Order" next to "Show" not sure if this only shows up when the order goes to pre production, memory's foggy :D

From there you can change anything without a red cross and pay the difference. Hope this helped :)
