ok ive had my pc for like a year or so, which i bought overclocked by pcspecialist, but its never actually been running at overclock speed, or at the correct ram speed
Overclocked CPU
OverClocked Intel® Core™i7 Six Core Processor i7-970 (3.2GHz @ max 4.0GHz)
Motherboard
ASUS® P6X58D-E: DDR3, USB 3.0, SATA 6.0GB/s, 3-Way SLI
Memory (RAM)
6GB KINGSTON HYPER-X T1 TRI-DDR3 2000MHz, X.M.P (3 x 2GB KIT)
my cpu always runs at stock, my ram runs even slower at 1333, never have i seen it run at 2000mhz,
i was given these settings to overclock it by pcspecialist
CPU RATIO: 20
BCLK FREQ: 200
DRAM: 1603
UCLK: AUTO
CPU VOL: 1.325
QPI/DRAM: 1.35
DRAM BUS: 1.64
HYPER THREADING: ENABLED
SPEEDSTEP: DISABLED
all that does is crash my pc via blue screen, i followed this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPyHVGmyjQo, which is the same spec as mine, and still it crashed, i tried to change the ram settings using XMP profile already on it to 2000mhz, still crashed, tried even setting it to 1600mhz ram speed and still, blue screen crash... can anyone help me out
