Looks nice, i would drop the sound card and up the PSU to a Corsair 650w if its mostly for gaming and you dont need the extra connectivity a sound card gives.

Yup, the spec looks good. Other suggestions;

- Get the P8P67 Pro for Sli Support
- Get a TX750 or TX850 to support another GTX570 should you decide to upgrade at somepoint.
