PC for work

Hi everyone, I would like to know if this setup can be good for a pc that I should use to work with 3D programs (Blender, Unreal Engine, Substance Painter mostly). I know that more could be done, but I need to stay within roughly the same budget as the estimate. Thanks in advance.

I would not pick a Zen2 based CPU ie 3000 series Ryzen as these are getting a bit dated as Zen3 is already released and gives overall better performance .
Also the memory selected is not optimal for Ryzen CPUs as they work at their best with fast memory and I would suggest 3200 Mhz DIMMs instead . So instead of the Ryzen 3900X I would opt for the 5900X if you need similar amount of cores , otherwise the 5800X would be a good pick .
