My PC was returned to Pcspecialist today and the RMA states received.

How often do they update you regarding the repairs?

The official response from PCS on RMA's can be viewed here under 'Returns'.

Maybe someone who has gone through a RMA recently will be able to give you some practical knowledge as well.

With covid-19 some returns places are wating 3 days 72 hours before even looking at a return as it's been advised thats a good time to wait for covid-19 to pose less of a risk if someone did have it and send an item back.

I have no information on if PCS are doing this, but, thats something to keep in mind as well, not only for PCS but for other things you may have ordered online from other places.
