Very nice specification. If I was to be picky, the 600W PSU would be a minimum recommended for the setup, if your budget can stretch maybe take a look at the TX750, 800W, TX850 PSUs - these will also help should you want to add a second graphics card in the future.

Especially as a 2nd GTX 470 would kind fo make this rig insane lol, talk about future proofing :p Also, the 2nd GTX 470 should be much cheaper by then and should work out way cheaper than say: Scrappuing the old GTX 470 and buying some new card (whatever is latest card out). Which may only just be the same performance as teh 2 GTX 470s in SLI
