Another question for the experts!

This one is a little more difficult to calculate I think but if you can answer it I'd be highly grateful!

Ok, so I want to know if I'm using the upper limits or even going over my psu (850w corsair)

The spec I have in mind is this (NOTE I've manually changed some sections to display what the setup will be when I fit it)

Case COOLERMASTER HAF 932 FULL TOWER GAMING CASE (£120)
Overclocked CPU OverClocked Intel® Core™i7 Six Core Processor i7-970 (3.2GHz @ max 4.0GHz)

DRAM: 1603
UCLK: AUTO
CPU VOL: 1.325
QPI/DRAM: 1.35
DRAM BUS: 1.64
HYPER THREADING: ENABLED
SPEEDSTEP: DISABLED

Motherboard ASUS® P6X58D-E: DDR3, USB 3.0, SATA 6.0GB/s, 3-Way SLI

1st DVD/BLU-RAY Drive DVD RW/burner/reader
2nd DVD/BLU-RAY Drive NONE
Memory Card Reader INTERNAL 52 IN 1 CARD READER (XD, MS, CF, SD, etc) + 1 x USB 2.0 PORT

Thermal Paste ARCTIC COOLING MX-3 HIGH THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY COMPOUND (£9)
Sound Card ONBOARD 8 CHANNEL (7.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Network Facilities ONBOARD 10/100/1000 GIGABIT LAN PORT
USB Options 6 x USB 2.0 PORTS @ BACK PANEL (MIN 2 FRONT PORTS) AS STANDARD
Operating System Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

Keep in mind I'm gonna have the whole thing overclocked and using the most of it, this list also isn't accounting for the fans but I don't thing they make a large impact

I'm sure it's fine but getting mixed feedback on psu watt calculators I'd like some assurance.

Thanks for any help, just want to make sure I get every piece of hardware right so that nothing breaks!

You will be able to overclock that rig with that power supply. Only problem is overclocking is a warranty killer, why ruin such an amazing setup. I dont think there is anything that computer cant handle. We have examples in this forum of how good setups have been ruined by overclocking.
