You might have the option of doing a factory reset by pressing a key on startup,
most commonly F11/F12/F10/or F9.or it might be accessible from advanced boot options usually(F8). depends on the the model of your laptop.
You could try typing "recovery" in search box to see if a recovery manager has been installed or search manually for such a program.
If there is one it should give you the option to access the factory reset process on restart.

Try pressing F4 on startup,
failing this I can only advise you get in touch with the makers,
they may offer you recovery discs,at a price.
I would recommend trying a few things first,
run CCleaner as I mentioned,
defrag,
type msconfig in search box & untick "startup" programs.(excluding antivirus)
