But renders aren't only about the CPU, they're hugely reliant on GPU power as well, HEDT allows to plug multiple GPU's in to vastly decrease render times.
Without knowing your budget, we can't really suggest anything.
But there is not real ceiling in available performance, you can go desktop, HEDT up to Epyc server, each will give performance increases obviously at a cost. Each time you go up a tier, component prices increase exponentially, a desktop motherboard for instance is around £400, and HEDT is around £800, a server mobo more like £1200

I would strongly recommend getting some advice. You've got an entry level case dictating airflow to pretty high end components that will be stressed for long periods of time, IMHO, it's not sufficient. There are other issues as well like the PSU, it's not particularly well balanced. The RAM is far too slow and will bottleneck the processor. The cooler is not enough for the CPU either and it will thermal throttle so you may as well be putting in a lower end chip as available performance will never be reached. Storage setup isn't suitable for a render workstation, and that's just by what you've posted.

I don't understand where this opinion that you can just throw anything together and it will work comes from, please don't buy that system, it's not going to work well.

It's up to you of course, but from a non-sales perspective, that's a really poor build and won't perform well.
That board doesn't even support that RAM, so no idea why it's been sold to you.

What's the reason for 128Gb RAM, does your workflow dictate that amount?
What makes you think it's not enough, are you seeing it write to the scratch drive for extended periods, or hard page faults?I have 64 now - sometime not enaugph
