Unfortunately the 2080 Ti GPU have had multiple issues now with crashing drivers and hardware issues and tried various trouble shooting options with PCSpec tech guys also but i think it is time to retire it and replace the GPU as tech guys wanted to send it to them but it is just weighing up cost/replacement now... It is out of warranty period now sadly and replacement 2080 TI is currently non-exsistant.

I've been looking at this card as a replacement but i cannot for the life of me work out if it will fit into my motherboard above, and also if the power supply is good enough/if it will even fit in the case.

Could somebody just give me layman breakdown ? This is the card i am considering;

Yeah, you'll be fine with that card. I'm generally a little reluctant to recommend the 3070 Ti as it's such a minor improvement over the 3070, but depending on the price it's a good card.
