Quick question guys :)

Hey everyone, how's it going?

I got this e-mail last Wednesday (25th):

"We are currently processing your order and we aim to dispatch
your order as soon as possible. Your order has so far been in processing for 5-6
working days. Because of the way our production facility works, sometimes orders
can take 7-8 working days to enter the building and testing process, but please
be assured that we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible."

It was on that Wednesday (25th) that the status changed from "Processing" to "Pre-production"

My question is should i count the working days from when it said processing or pre-production?

Today would be the 10th working day if i counted it from Wednesday the 18th and if from last Wednesday the 25th it would be the 5th working day today.

I ordered it on Tuesday the 17th and it said processing straight away. I have been counting since Wednesday the 18th as the first working day if that is correct? I have of course excluded weekends and the bank holiday Monday that just passed.

If I remember correctly, it's from the day it says Processing.

Working days start from the date processed. We're sorry for any delays with your order, we're very very busy at the moment and running a little behind the lead times we might have stated at the time of ordering.
