Replies to account messages/emails not listed in the Sent section?...

Right not sure if this is even a technical issue or wether it is intentional. I sent a email/message via the account control panel to the "Order Tracking" department as my order seemed delayed at progressing to the build stage. This morning I recieved a reply from John Medley who informed me that my system was at the top of the queue however the case I wanted (HAF-X) was out of stock and new stock wouldn't be arriving till next week but that an alternative (CM690 MKII Advanced) was in stock asking if I wanted to amend my order. After amending my order and investing my saved cash in better CPU cooling, and Kingston RAM I clicked reply, and sent a response. The message claimed to send but it hasn't appeared in the sent items list so I am concerned as to wether or not it actually sent.


Gah, sorry... Hefty chunk of text to explain. If any PCSpecialist folk need it to look matters up on my account the order itself is 350978.

Yeah, don't have immediate access to a phone atm as it is playing up. The thing is, not too long after I sent a second reply as I was concerned it didn't send.... Either way I amended my order this morning and hopefully things progress.

Yeah, no message has been received but I have double checked your order and can see all the amendments you have made. I have also added a note to your order to the Production Team to attempt to speed things up a bit :)
