Just got the email 20 minutes ago...!!!
Nearly exploded. Made some unexpected noises, that's for sure. Hope it gives some of you hope! 5900x/3080

Ugh and of course now the 3080 has come down quite a bit when I try amend the build, as it goes into production. 🤣 I'd be tempted if not for the long wait.

Hi everyone! Was trying to upload some pictures from my mobile, but the forum keeps complaining that they're too big, so no pictures for you.

Anyway, timeline for my 5900x/3080 build:
Ordered -> 29-01-2021
Pre-Prod -> 05-02-2021 (5 Working Days)
Build -> 22-06-2021 (103 WD)
Test -> 22-06-2021 (103 WD - Same day! About 12 hours later, changed status at about 23:00)
Awaiting dispatch -> 23-06-2021 (104 WD)
Dispatched -> 23-06-2021 (104 WD handful of hours after awaiting dispatch update)

Delivered by a helpful DPD driver with minimal throwing around -> 24-06-2021 10:30am (105 WD)

Now all set up, blisteringly fast and looking beautiful! If you have any questions, let me know, but in the spirit of this being a 3080 thread, I won't list the whole spec, etc, as the 3080 is still the bottleneck.

P.s. I got a Gigabyte GAMING OC 10G in my build. Very happy with that.
