Thats an overkill. Many famous streamers use 1 rig for both you can look up their specs. This was supposedly updated recently. If you really want to you can get his or similar to what is in stock here spec, it is doable. Also are you sure he is refering to 4 pcs and not 4 monitors?

The PC comes fully built, there's nothing for you to do but plug in the cables. Windows will be fully configured, all you have to do is create your user account and accept terms and conditions when you first power it on and set security options etc.

Appreciate that bud thank you. Thats just 5 components/specs though, on here there are about 50 which is why I'm confused. I hate the whole process of sending things back and stuff like that just need something that will allow me to play and stream like those top steamers. Yes 4 monitors my bad

The capture card is actually within the PC, it's a component off the motherboard.

Yes, no problem. If you want a secondary monitor to control the stream, I'd recommend a basic 60Hz 4k monitor as it's got far more screen real estate to work with.

Also can this pc run games at 240fps and stream it with ease? Like will I get crashed or frame drops or anything?

Yes, you'd have to reduce settings as you would normally, but it will easily smash out 600fps if set correctly. Streaming is what the capture card is for.
