i'm going to be ordering a new PC tomorrow so would really appreciate any help with specs and how i could get the most for my money.
I have a budget of £750 but would be happy if it cost less :p
Will mostly be using it for playing games (shogun 2), uni work and general internet etc.
I will need a monitor/keyboard and speakers. Already have a mouse for some reason :p
I will need a wireless card too which I forgot about in this spec, it doesnt have to be great as i wont be gaming online.

Is the 1Gb GEFORCE GT 520 any good? It's a lot cheaper and means I could get the Wireless card and upgrade the processor. I'm not going to be playing any graphically intense games, probably no more demanding than shogun.

Personally if your playing games i would not get anything less than the 550ti in your original post.

sorry to be annoying but is the AMD 6850 card better than the 550 Ti, is it worth the extra money?
I would rather spend a bit more for the better option if it is worth it.
