Special requests?

Hi I wanted to get a PC built but I already have an expensive SSD in my current machine, and don't need to buy another one. I do need a 1Tib drive for storage though.
I was wondering if I specified a PC could you leave the SATA and power cables in position by the empty bay so I can install it when the new PC arrives?
