Hell PC gurus :)

I've created this bundle without knowing much about each thing I've chosen. I was just wondering if there's anything I've completely wasted my money with or anything that would just render the rest of the machine useless.

P.S. I intend on getting a 2nd graphics card when I can afford it & monitor etc seperately.

As vanthus has said and also can you tell us your budget ? as you stated in you OP you are not knowing much about the components and looks as though you have gone for all the top items which you might not really need and as vanthus said earlier you may be able to save some money.

Ha, cheers guys so far. I suppose stating my purpose would have been pretty helpful...

Basically I'm just a gamer hoping for everything on max for a while. Had intended to overclock hence the motherboard / processor etc.

But again, I really don't know what I entirely needed the specs for. Just a bit of damn good performance that would last for a good while.
Anything else that would be useful to know?

Edit: budget minus monitor etc is basically sub £2k. Would obviously rather save money than burn it, though. cheers!

if you want overclock then you are better off getting PCS to overclock it for you, then you can get better thermal paste, and anyway, you dont really need overclocked for gaming

This spec below will max your games out, i have kept the 1050W PSU in so you could add a second GTX580 in a year or 2 when they are cheaper if you feel the need to boost you graphics performance if you don't think you will bother with this then you could drop that down to a 650W which will be plenty for the system with a single GTX580, you don't need to OC for games and with the setup it will be a beast already so dropped the K series CPU and the 1600MHz Ram to the 1333MHz as you will not notice the difference and you only need 4GB for gaming at present if you want you can go for 8GB for future proofing also no need for water cooling the Titan Fenrir is really good at keeping the CPU chilled. I am not a big fan of wireless so with the savings i put a set of homeplugs (much more reliable) on the build instead of the wireless card, and 1 last thing i would look at maybe getting a Haf-X or Storm Sniper case as these will provide better cooling.
