SSD cache drive compatability?

I want a quickish system and thought a 120GB SSD for 1st drive OS
2nd drive a 2TB HDD vid and audio
BUT
for SSD cache drive Intel 313 series
nowthen!?
Do I need the SSD cache drive or can the 120GB 1st drive be used for this?

An SSD cache drive Is mainly used along with an HDD as a cache for frequently accessed data on the OS drive only,making it 4X faster than an HDD-only system.
As you selected an SSD drive for your OS,an SSD cache drive wont improve anything.
