Well seeing as my gtx570 cant run arma ii at 5fps with the highest resolution textures (3840x2180) you will not be able to do it for your budget, but i can run arma ii just fine if i put the textures to 1920x1080

I believe arma is very CPU intensive from what i can remember

i would be only using 1920x1080 anyway

I play Arma 2, and i've seen many vids on the performance from cards, and running 3x screens will tear it to pieces and temperatures will spike like crazy, single monitor at 1920-1080 will be alright but 3x screens I really doubt it, but thats just my opinion, from what I saw.
