There are BUGS/PROBLEMS with the website (NEED HELP)

I would like to mention a few bugs or problems on the website.

First of all, the chat always seem to be offline for me, its never online, irrespective of the time, no matter when i see it (I reside in UK and i know the chat is online from 9am-5pm). My computer is facing problems and i want to send my computer back to them to get it fixed. I mailed them several times in the last two months. It said "Status, Message Read" which means that it has been read. However, i did not get any response from them. I then sent another email 2 weeks ago just to find myself in a worse state. The mail isnt even read by them now.

Please help me, what should i do to deal with this problem? why is the chat always offline for me and why doesn't pcspecialist reply?

I mean they have replied previously as well and the chat seemed to be working just fine until 2-3 months ago, it just went down. Does someone have a clue of what should my future actions be? if so, please share your recommendations, thanking you in anticipation.

Have you tried phoning them, it's possible there are some problems with their messaging system that they are unaware of.

The official channels of support are by phone (details mentioned by vanthus in an earlier post in this thread) or the website mail system which it appears you are having issues with, or email I think, is there no way you can phone them - that is generally the fastest way to get a response anyway
