Yes you can, unfortunately UK Government security requirements require bit locker to use the TPM option and does not allow the USB pen drive option.

I am aware that individual organisations have different security practices, just putting it out there that there is a work around for those not restricted by such policies. Another work around would be to scrap bitlocker and use true crypt as the price is right.

Unfortunately none of our current line up have a TPM in them
