UK time to US time??

Hi Guy's

My new lappy has done something rather strange and switched itself to US time and I can't seem to change it back as I can't find an option for GMT, anyone seen this before and know how to sort it please

Try right click on date and time, select option adjust date and time and then reselect the london time zone.

Thanks Fear I did try that but its not there only UTC zone no GMT its bizzare Ican't figure it out

UTC is the same as GMT, as long as it says London and Lisbon i think
