Urgent: My autistic child's desktop is not working, please help, it's their lifeline

PCS bought from Curry's in March 2020.
Spec: Tornado R3i Gaming PC
AMD Ryzen 3
GTX 1650
1 TB HDD
120 GNB SSD
Firstly just to add that this machine didn't work when we first received it, and turned out to have two faults. One was a faulty graphics card, which was replaced by PCS (though a slightly different model - it went from having 2 HDMI ports to only 1, but I was just happy to have it, at the beginning of the first lockdown).
Secondly because of the lack of graphics when it first switched on, the Windows installation on the SSD was corrupted, and no amount of changing the boot order would enable the machine to boot windows. So I manually disconnect the SSD and reinstalled Windows on the HDD. It booted fine from there, and has been running ever since. As this is used by my 11 year old, who is autistic, and a very avid gamer, I never got around to sorting the SSD issue (I intended to reformat it and reinstall again). In fact I never managed to remove it from the tower as it seems to be hidden away at the bottom!
Anyway this has been running well for the last 17 months now, but today when we switched it on, no signal was being received by the monitor. The fans are all running. The motherboard didn't beep on startup (I am not sure if it normally does).
I have tried the following:
Checked HDMI lead at both monitor and PC ends - both correctly fitted
Changed to new HDMI lead - nothing
Tried different monitor (TV) - no difference
Tried removing graphics card and using on board graphics instead - still nothing
Checked RAM is securely attached to motherboard
Checked all connections on motherboard - all appear secure
Removed battery to attempt to reset BIOS in case this was the issue.
Removed keyboard and mouse in case they were causing an issue
There are no beep codes, in fact it doesn't beep at all.
There are some lights on the motherboard and all fans are running.

Please does anyone have any ideas what else I can try? My child is distraught as they use this for communicating with friends and as a way to regulate too. I'm trying to avoid having to send it anywhere, as it is so needed here. I have built and upgraded computers before, so have a rough idea what I'm doing, if given clear instructions, but am not an expert.
Hope someone can help!

If its not beeping at all then it's not completing POST. I would suspect the SSD you've had issues with. You need to remove it and try booting again.

The SSD is completely disconnected from the motherboard, so I don't think it's doing much, but thanks for the suggestion.
Update - Actually, I've just managed to completely remove it and it made no difference. Also tried disconnecting the HDD in case that made any difference but it didn't unfortunately.

Ok then. No beep on boot certainly means that POST did not complete, that's what that single beep means. Either that or your internal speaker is busted as well. ;)

It won't boot without the HDD because that's where the OS is located. You have already tried all the sensible troubleshooting steps and so it's looking increasingly like a more serious hardware issue. I would phone PCS ASAP and talk this through with them, it may well need to be RMA'd I'm afraid.

Thanks, I have been booting it from the HDD rather than the SSD since purchase and it's been running fine up til now. I spoke to PCS on the phone last night and they said they'd take it in to repair, but it would take a month and I'd have to pay for transport and any parts. There's no way we can wait that long so will look to get it fixed locally. At least I have a rough idea what it might be now. Just a real pain to have a fault after only 17 months! Our previous PCS machine lasted about 5 years with no faults and very heavy gaming use. Cheers for your help.

Hi all thanks for your help. I've somehow fixed it!
I removed the RAM, graphics card and modem and gave the whole thing a good clean with air duster and a soft natural brush. Plugged it in and it started up!
Then replaced one stick of RAM - still worked. Added the second. Wouldn't start up. Swapped that stick to the other slot to check if it was the RAM or the slot. Worked again! Now got two sticks of RAM working according to Windows.
Added the modem, still worked.
Added the graphics card back in.
All seems to be working now.
I'm really confused. I assume something must have been loose or dirty!
Just hoping it stays on now 🤞🤞

Loose or dirty is most likely. Well done! :)

Pleased to hear you sorted out this problem it must be a very stressful situation for you and your child. Hope your child is smiling and happy again. Sounds like it could be dirt or a loose connection as you say.

With regards cleaning your P.C I personally found this thread very helpful but, in all fairness, it sounds like you have this covered.
