What is your budget?
What monitor are you pairing this with? Make/model or resolution/refresh rate would be handy to know.
As you're not including windows I'm assuming you have an old PC you are retiring; are you carrying any of those components over from that build e.g HDD.
Is this PC just going to be used for gaming? Any streaming, editing, design etc?
A config link would also be handy.

My budget was around the £2300 / £2500 mark but managed to save a little extra as i dont need Windows as i have received a free copy from Work along with Microsoft word and so on.

This is my first PC and will be used only for gaming however i am keen to try a little bit of streaming, I have a 2019 27" Mac for editing work.

As for the HDD i just thought i could add that at a later point in time.

I have purchased a LG Ultragear27GL850-B
  • Quad HD 2560 x 1440p
  • Refresh rate: 144 Hz
  • Response time: 1 ms
the main game i am currently playing is Warzone on a xbox so hoping to take this to the next level.

I would lower the GPU to the 3070. More than has you covered for performance and the queue time is significantly shorter. You can actually happily run the 3060Ti.

I would change the brand of M2 drive too. The Samsung ones are known good drives. The previous gen Intel ones were poor.

For 1440p 144hz gaming the 3060ti is a better fit, I've put in a 3070 so that you can still max out your frame rate while keeping graphics settings at reasonable level. The 3080 and 3090 will be wasted on this monitor, you need to spend £750 on a top-end display before you're using those cards to the full.
Updated CPU to current gen, downgraded your motherboard to something more appropriate for gaming. The Crosshair is only really needed for the 16-core monsters.
Optimised storage to include a super fast 980 pro for your OS and a reliable 1TB PCS m.2 to store your games on. HDD is needed if you want to stream as VODs take up a lot of space.
The cooler comes with premium thermal paste so the arctic is not needed.
AX200 Wireless card comes with Bluetooth, that and silver warranty is only £24 so a no-brainer.
Taking out the 3080, this should also speed up your order.

What will it be used for?

The only thing that looks a touch strange is the motherboard. The storage configuration is also a bit extreme, but perhaps there's a reason you've gone for that?
