What's drive H?

Hi after eventually successfully reinstalling windows 7 and drivers (thanks again to all those who helped!) i see i've now got a drive H in My Computer which is a reserved space of 99.9mb, of which 65.8mb is currently free.
What is this? I didn't have it prior to the reinstall.
Can i delete it or would it be important for the well being of my pc?

It's the system reserved partition and shouldn't be deleted,though it shouldn't really be showing in "Computer" but shouldn't do any harm.
Lol,a lot of "shouldn'ts in that sentence

You can hide it various ways, but you shouldn't delete it.

If it's really bothering you it is possible to hide it by removing the drive letter in disk management and ignoring the warnings, but I bet that could cause some headaches down the road, so I would just leave it.
